Dec 2, 2009 OLMS Compliance Assistance Seminar The US Department of Labor, Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS), Buffalo District Office is offering a compliance assistance seminar to explain the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA). This session will focus on union record keeping and LM reporting. LM-2 filers will be separated from the other filers to focus on the LM-2 filing requirements.
